There are two versions of the PewPewPew 2 app.
The “You-No-Pay Edition” and the “Supporter Edition.”
Both versions of the app use the Google Admob API for Unity.
For the Supporter Edition, the Admob API is completely disabled and not even used. Despite this, since it’s code is still present within the App, Google requires me to declare that I use the ADID.
For the “You-No-Pay Edition,” the Admob API is enabled and is used to generate a small ad banner at the bottom of the page.
As a result, some data is collected through the API for analytical usage, as is such with any app that uses any ad delivery system.
Rest assured, the data received by Google’s Admob API for Unity only presents non-personalized metrics to the developer of this app.
Beyond Google’s Admob API, there is no known data explicitly collected by the developer of this app.
The “PewPewPew 2: Supporter Edition” app, does contain the Google Admob API (s both apps are basically the same), and related assets, but these assets are disabled in the “Supporter Edition” since there is no need to display an ad.
